Terms & Conditions

Rental Agreement and Reservation Confirmation

Payment is required at the time of booking in order to confirm/hold your reservation/date. By renting from LEVEL UP Yard Greetings & Designs, you agree to release LUYGD and all its representatives from any liability as a result of injury or damage that may be caused to any person or personal property during your display set-up, rental and pick-up. LUYGD are for a 24 hour rental period only. Price includes delivery, set-up, and pick-up of display. Additional rental days may be possible for an additional fee based on inventory availability.

For services outside of the area please contact us at 859-248-6645 to discuss possible travel availability. A mileage charge will be added to the rental price.

Important Reservation & Rental Policies

We ask all clients to treat our signage with respect, tender love and care. You can do this by following the listed request below.

  • Do not remove any signs before we arrive to pick-up.

  • Do not move or adjust any part of the display.

  • Do not attach anything to the signs, including additional artwork, photos, strings, streamers, balloons, etc.

  • Do not mow lawn after installation or weed eat. (This will damage the cards)

  • Do not allow pets to urinate on signs.

  • Do not remove the business marketing signage.

  • We encourage you to pose next to the display to take photographs of your celebration.  However, do not allow anyone to climb or play on the signs. Our display items WILL NOT safely support the weight of a child or an adult leaning, sitting or playing on it. 

 

There is a $25 replacement fee for each damaged or missing letter/accessory and décor pieces. A $10 charge will be assessed for each damaged or missing stake. Replacement fees apply to pet damage and destruction.

Refund Policies

  • Cancellations made within 24-hours of installation are subject to only receive 1/2 of your booking rate as a refund, or you may leave the full amount on credit for a future booking date, based on our availability.

 

  • In the event of a severe weather warning, you may receive a full refund or credit for a future booking date, based on our availability. Inclement weather includes heavy rain, high winds, hurricanes, lightning/thunderstorms, snowstorms, temperatures under 40 degrees and any other “Act of God” that would put anyone in harm's way. Refunds are disbursed within 24 hours.

 

  • No refunds shall be given due to: the client giving us the wrong address, denied access to a gated community, animals preventing the display from being set up, a lawn care service preventing the display from being set up, the homeowner or gift recipient requesting us to remove the lawn display.

 

By placing an order/booking with LEVELUP Yard Greetings & Designs, you agree to all policies stated above.
